Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 02/FEB/2024

The Uganda Tailors Association aims to accommodate cancellations in a fair and respectful manner.

1. Membership Cancellation

  • No refunds will be given for the remaining period of the membership term.
  • Members may cancel their membership at any time by submitting a written notice to the Association.

2. Event or Workshop Cancellation by Participants

  • Cancellations must be communicated in writing to the UTA office.
  • Cancellations made 5 or more days before the event may be eligible for a partial or full refund as per the refund policy.
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations are not eligible for a refund.

3. Cancellation by the Association

  • UTA reserves the right to cancel any event, training, or program due to low enrollment, facilitator unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • In such cases, participants will be notified promptly and offered a full refund or rescheduled date.
