Terms and Conditions

By participating in or engaging with the Uganda Tailors Association (UTA), you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all members, beneficiaries, donors, and partners.
1. Membership
- Membership is open to all individuals and groups involved in tailoring or fashion-related activities in Uganda.
- Members must complete the official registration process and pay any applicable fees as determined by the Association.
- Membership may be revoked if a member is found to be in violation of the Association’s Code of Conduct or ethics guidelines.
2. Use of Services
- UTA provides training, advocacy, networking opportunities, and other support services to members.
- All services are intended for non-commercial use unless expressly permitted.
- Members are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.
3. Conduct
- Members must act respectfully and professionally when participating in any UTA events or activities.
- Harassment, discrimination, or misconduct of any kind will not be tolerated.
4. Intellectual Property
- All materials shared by UTA are the property of the organization unless otherwise stated.
- Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of these materials without written consent is prohibited.
5. Data Privacy
- UTA collects and uses personal data in accordance with Uganda’s Data Protection and Privacy Act.
- Member information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
6. Changes to Terms
- UTA reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the official website or shared through official communication channels.
